Rheem Solaraide Passive Solar Water Heating Systems

Solar water heating is becoming increasingly popular with consumers and home builders who are looking for technologies that will reduce energy costs within the home.

Manufactured by Solahart, a division of Rheem Australia Pty Ltd, Rheem Solaraide systems are "passive" in design, requiring no pumps or controls to operate.

Their closed loop design utilizes a heat transfer fluid/anti-freeze that absorb the sun’s energy and allows the systems to be installed in climates that experience moderate freezing conditions.

Available in two system configurations use in stand alone or pre-heat applications ( 47 gallon, single collector and 80 gallon, two collector).

These systems have been approved and certified by the Solar Rating and Certification Corporation (SRCC), making them eligible for available tax incentives in most parts of the US.
