Many consider dual fuel stoves to be the best of both worlds ... independently controlled gas burners for boiling or frying, and electric ovens for even heating when roasting or baking.
Aga Six-Four Series

Selected by Better Homes and Gardens as one of the best kitchen products launched in 2003, this newcomer to the Aga line is a conventional, unconventional Aga .. the same, yet different.

Like the legendary Aga Cooker, the Six-Four Series is constructed from durable cast iron and finished in vitreous enamel by Britain's finest craftsmen at the Coalbrookdale Foundry in England.

Fusing the Aga's famous European styling, quality and cast iron construction with state-of-the-art technology, the Six-Four series includes six gas burners and four electric ovens.

Because it requires only a suitable gas (natural or propane) and electrical connection, the Six-Four Series can be placed anywhere ... against any wall, in an island, or even used as a stand alone range.
The gas cooktop has six burners including a powerful, dual-flame, 20500 BTU, Ultra-Rapid Wok burner. The sealed gas burner design and dishwasher safe enamel burner grates make cleanup a breeze.
The Six-Four Series also includes four independently controlled electric ovens:
- ROASTING OVEN: (200°F to 475°F)
A conventional, 1.2 cu ft electric oven with a hot top and cooler base zones ideal for all types of cooking.
- SIMMERING OVEN: (150° F to 250°F)
The closest oven in the 6-4 Series to the original Aga Cooker, this 1.2 cu ft oven is ideal for simmering, slow cooking stews, etc..
- BAKING OVEN: (200°F to 475°F)
A programmable, 1.1 cu ft convection oven that gives the best circulation of heat and maintains even temperature. Perfect for pastries and souffles.
- BROILING OVEN:
Ready to use in seconds, this 1.0 cu ft, 2,250 watt 12-pass state-of-the-art, electric ceramic broiler has been carefully designed to eliminate cold spots for even cooking. And a split control at half or full broil.
The roasting, simmering and baking ovens have self-cleaning linings that are designed to help clean themselves. The Aga Six-Four weighs 465 lbs, and is available in 14 different colors.

Aga Legacy
Unlike its cast iron predecessors, the Aga Legacy range is crafted with strong, solid steel chassis, teamed with steel front plate and doors, enameled in high gloss vitreous enamel.

The unique gleaming spiral handles set off the curvaceous doors to satisfy the design conscious. Enamel finish is available in black, cream, white, or brick

Independent control of all cooking zones, including the versatile gas burners and flexible electric ovens, indulge those with the highest culinary standards.

Not only are ovens easy to cook in, but they are a snap to clean! Just pop out the porcelain liners and put them in the dishwasher for quick and easy cleanup.

With this bold appearance and contemporary features, it's easy to see why this Aga out looks and out cooks every conventional range available.
No other professional range has this much functionality in so little space.

36" Legacy (5 burners, 3 ovens)

At a cost less than most 36" professional ranges, the 36" Aga Legacy gives serious cooks something new to look at.

Cooktop
The gas cooktop, complete with cast iron grates, boasts 5 powerfull gas burners ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 BTU. The Ultra-Fire 15,000 BTU, triple-ring, dual-flame wok burner lets you stir-fry better than your favorite chinese restaurant!

Vertical Convection Oven
The unique fully programmable, vertical convection oven is 22 1/4"H x 9 1/2"W x 16 1/4"D, with enough room to cook all the side dishes for a holiday meal at the same time. The top racks require almost no bending over to remove pans.

7-mode multifunction oven
The large ( 17"W x 15 1/4"D x 14 3/4"H ) 7-mode multifunction main oven features convection, fan assist, fan assisted broil, conventional, browning, base heat or defrost mode.

Use the programmable function for time or delayed cooking.

A removable shelf located on the inside of the oven door provides safety and convenience. Fitted in one of two positions, it allows meats or other dishes can easily attended to.

When the shelf is used in the highest position, other dishes can be cooked on the bottom shelf position of the oven at the same time. When used at the lowest position, other foods can be cooked on the oven's second rack position.


Broiler Oven
The large ( 15 3/4"W x 13"D x 4 1/2"H ) dedicated 2300-watt broiler has a 2-position tray, full or half broil modes and will easily accommodate four steaks or six kebabs.

Broiler Oven
The large ( 15 3/4"W x 13"D x 4 1/2"H ) dedicated 2300-watt broiler has a 2-position tray, full or half broil modes and will easily accommodate four steaks or six kebabs.

Storage/Warming Drawer
The bottom drawer can be used for storing oven trays and other cooking utensils.

When the Convection oven is in use it delivers enough heat to the storage drawer below to warm plates or proof bread.

Never store anything in this drawer that may catch fire, such as:
paper, cookbooks, plasticware, towels or flammable liquids.

Aga Companion (4 burners, 2 ovens)
For owners of the Legendary 2 Oven and 4 Oven models, the Aga Companion provides additional cooking surfaces by attaching directly to the left hand side of either model.

The Aga companion is a, 24" range featuring four gas burners and two electric ovens.

The top oven is a conventional oven with an integral broiler and the lower oven is a convection oven.

The four gas burners include two semi-rapid burners (6,000 BTU each), one rapid burner (11,000 BTU) and one ultra-rapid/wok burner (12,000 BTU).

As a free-standing range it brings the versatility of dual-fuel cooking into any kitchen. Available in 15 colors.
