Counter Days - Norwood Location Only

Once a month, Keidel Bath & Plumbing hosts a representative from one or more of our various suppliers, who spends the day meeting with our customers and answering any questions they may have about the products the reps sell.

This provides an excellent opportunity for customers to ask in-depth questions about specific products and receive the answers straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak.

These representatives are extremely knowledgeable, and are prepared to answer questions of a technical nature, as well as those dealing with the installation or use of the products.

While Keidel salespersons try to keep up to date on all products we carry in stock, these reps can answer questions on many items we only special-order. They can also advise of any special architectural requirements or mechanical considerations these products entail, and their advice is free.

We strongly encourage our customers to avail themselves of the opportunity to meet with these reps while they are in our showroom. Please check our calendar to see when our next counter day is scheduled and who our featured guest will be.
